Good Morning: Our District Technology Director recently took different position and is leaving the area. I am going out on a leap of faith and planning to apply for her former position. For those of you in NC, we have not gone to NCWISE yet, this is coming up in 2007. I know e-rate is a real biggy.....as is communication with the key people in the school district (teachers, principals, superintendent, school board, etc.) Right now, there are 6 additional employees in the department, including the LAN/WAN and Altiris managers. What I need from you is information that you think may come up in the interview. I have talked with several people about the position and it is something that I am very interested in. I just need some guidance so I can get my thoughts together. I would be most interested in what the NC folks have to say, however anyone in this area is welcome to respond to me personally. Thank you. Renee C.
