If you're using Destiny 6.0, I'm wondering if you often experience scanning errors where the system registers the barcode as checked in on the screen, yet somehow (maybe 1 out of 100 for me) the item stays on the patron's account. We've had a rash lately of books found on the shelf still checked out and I'm trying to figure if it's operator error (staff & myself) or software. If I watch the screen on each scan all seems well, but just yesterday we found a couple more that got past us.
