[LM_NET] Survey on Internet Filtering in Schools

posted on multiple lists.)

I am collecting information on Internet filtering in public and private
schools:  how it is implemented, how effective it is, and what impact it has
on teachers and students.  If you work in a public or private school/school
district, you could help me greatly by taking a few minutes to answer the 20
multiple-choice questions on the following survey:

This should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes (unless you choose to respond
to the last open-ended question at length).
