[LM_NET] Target: Things that could happen in the media center if I had an assistant

I have just met with my principal.  We are an elementary school with an
enrollment of about 700.  My district hires an assistant when your
enrollment is at 750.  Consequently, on my fixed schedule, I must see 37
classes per week for 50 minutes each.  There is no flex time for
students to come in to do research, to have any book clubs, etc.  I am
trying to compile a list of things that could happen in the media center
if I had an assistant to present to our PTA so that they could consider
funding an assitant full or part time.  I would appreciate any input.
