[LM_NET] Gen: prices of new library buildings

Good Morning,
I am working on a proposal that lists ideas of what I think an ideal K-8 school 
library of the 21st century should encompass.  I have completed it, but I was asked 
to include prices.  I have gone through a lot of literature online understandibly 
costs are not discussed.  I'm basically talking about a library that would house 
about 20,000 volumes, circ/reference area, leisure reading area, magazine/newspaper 
stand or shelf, tables or carrels for 18 workstations, work room, office, 
study/group room, prep room with water/sink/counter, floor space for two classes, 
storytime area, white board, bulletin boards, display or exhibit cases, ceiling 
mounted projectors, closed circuit television, AV room, access to photocopier, 
appropriate electrical outlets, etc. I was wondering if anyone who has been 
involved with new library construction recently would be willing to give me 
ballpark figures for:
 
building costs
wiring
architect/consultant fees
technology
furnishings
