[LM_NET] Scavenger hunt

Ok, fellow lm_netters.

My sixth grade English teachers have approached me and we've come up
with a fun idea for a scavenger hunt for next fall.

We want to have Count Olaf hide clues throughout our library that teams
will have to find to win a prize. (We're going to try to get copies of
the final Snicket book as prizes--or at least some other Snicket-themed
prize)

We'll give each team a different clue to start so they're not all
mobbing the same clues at the same time.

We want them to hit (at least)
1 fiction
1 non-fiction
1 on-line (I'll create a fictional "card" for our on-line card
catalog)
1 ref
1 encyclopedia

...and also books from the 6th grade reading list:
The Cay
Crispin
The Revealers
Number the Stars
Devil's Arithmetic

Would you all like to help ghost-write for Count Olaf? (A term which
here means "help me do my homework.") The idea is that each clue would
lead them to the next clue, until they've obtained all of them.

Please contact me off-list and I'll publish a hit next fall with the
hunt!
