[LM_NET] TARGET: Cost for Questia?

If you subscribe to Questia, could you please let me know how much you pay
for the subscription yearly?  I know that individuals can get it for as low
as $20 per month (via the website), but are you paying more or less than you
would for other databases such as Gale, Ebsco, ProQuest?

I've read that some costs are as low as .50 cents per student or less....Is
this true??
