On the collaboration form, I would also recommend adding a section where you note "Learning Standards addressed." This then becomes a very useful tool for keeping track of how central the library media center is to student achievement. And be sure to show it to your principal and other administrators. Even if they *say* they support collaboration, they may not know what collaboration really looks like, and having a document that spells it out is a great visual!
