Hi, I realize the weather can't be controlled but my husband and I are planning on driving to Boston and be on the U.S. Constitution turn-around cruise on July 4th. We are excited about this. But..it is over a 1500 mile drive we will be taking their and back from Michigan. So, with all the flooding going on in the northeast, I'm wondering about Boston. Has Boston been hit hard? I see storms are still forecast for many days. I realize there are no guarantees but does anyone have any information we may want to know (concerning weather conditions).
