I'm having the opportunity to present a workshop to a mixed crowd of teachers and librarians at an upcoming conference. Unlike the training sessions I do with LMS's and their teaching colleagues, this will be a randomly mixed group without connections to each other, so content presentation will need to be a bit different from my targeted presentations for LMS's or for teaching teams. Here's my question, then: What do your teachers tell YOU are the most beneficial aspects of collaboration for THEM? I know what the literature says and I know what my personal experience tells me, but it's always so useful to hear from the broader group. Thanks for any input and I'll post a hit!
