[LM_NET] TAR: Next steps in collaboration advocacy

Uh-oh.  Toni is home from the road for a few days and she is THINKING!  You 
know what that means.  Yes, a TARGET!

I had three fabulous days in discussion with my Tennessee LMS 
colleagues.  We tackled all of the basics of collaboration.  But now, I'm 
thinking about next steps and, as always, wondering what you all 
think.  What has worked for YOU?

How have you garnered administrative support?
How have you tackled entrenched school culture that gets in the way?
How have you advocated for the growth of collaborative practice at the 
school and district levels?
