Folks,
It's sophomore research paper time again! Sometimes the students come up
with topics that are just obscure enough that we can't find the right
types of sources. They need periodical and newspaper articles, books, etc.
The one that has me stumped (so far) is on the pros/cons of high school
sports. Not having too much trouble finding articles, but books are the
problem. None of the opp. viewpoints or "controversies in..." type books
address this. Also checked my section on education-related books, but they
are ancient for the most part. If anyone knows of a BOOK source that deals
with the pros OR cons of having high school sports programs, I'd
appreciate having the info so I can try to track down something for the
student. TIA.
