Thank you for all the responses I received.  It is great knowing that others 
are facing the same problems.  Thanks for informing me of the compression 
factor in causing the problem in the first place. For anyone else who 
wondered if they were the only one having problems here ais a synopsis of 
the responses I received.  Downloading provides better quality than 
streaming. Showing the video through a tv gives a better quality picture.  
The older analog videos will be of lesser quality than newer ones.  Not 
using the full screen version but using the smaller one, showing it through 
an lcd projector and using the lcd controls to enlarge the picture.  Someone 
suggested taking a look at powermediaplus.com as an alternative.  These 
suggestions give us possibilites to try before our 30 days is up.
