Hi, Has anyone had M. T. Anderson ("The Strange Mr. Satie," "Whales on Stilts," etc.) from the Boston area for an author visit? If so, is he appropriate for 4-5th grade? I'm only starting to read his books and think his "off-the-wall" writing style and sense of humor would jumpstart the imaginations of many students. Thanks for your input!
