[LM_NET] TARGET: Laurie Halse Anderson

We would like to book Laurie Halse Anderson for a speaking engagement at our school 
next year--if possible.  Does anyone have any contact information and have you had 
her speak?  What is the reaction from your students?  What were her speaking fees?
