For those of you who have a summer reading program,
 
I have a few questions:

1.      
        Is it required of all students -- in the building/particular grade/etc?
2.      
        How do you monitor the program?
3.      
        How do you enforce the program?

                1.      
                        What happens to the kids that just don't do it?

4.      
        Do the kids get a grade or?
