As a newbie to the site (and to listservs in general), I was wondering if there were a place that listed some of the prefixes that are used in the subject line. I notice that some of the ones used are: Target TAR Hit Gen Mid Tech MS Sec Share I'm pretty sure that I understand that Gen = general, Tech = technical, MS = middle school, Sec = secondary, but I'm not sure about how to use Target (TAR?) and Hit. Is there a protocol (formal or informal) and are there some other handy prefixes to help when browsing the posts? Also, are these prefixes used in other listservs? Many thanks. I've been enjoying the discussions and insights everyone has been sharing. Ronda Y.
