Hi. My principal just talked to me about an article he read (about the demise of the library...which he didn't have at the moment) that stated that the recommended number of new books a school library should have in order to stay current is 2 books/student/year. Have you guys seen anything like that or do you know of any statistics or other articles that might give such guidelines? Thanks, as always, for your help.
