Hi Cynthia
I didn't do s Christmas TREE decorating contest but I did give each class an 
umbrella (from El
Cheapos for about $2.00 each) and challenged them to make that an umbrella. These 
became part of the
decorations for Santa's Book Shop which is our annual Book Fair.  I shared the idea 
with the list
last Christmas and some of the results can be seen in the photos at
