LM_NET Archive



One of my students made this comment in one of her assignments:

"We even have filters on our e-mail accounts and I can't even send  
things from home without having my home address unblocked to my  
account. We are also monitored by the number of incoming and outgoing  
e-mails we send/receive. We need to be able to explain everything we  
receive/send if we are asked."

This seems extreme to me. Are any of the rest of you filtered in your  
e-mail account at school? Do you have the number of e-mails monitored  
as well? This seems like a very oppressive situation.
