[LM_NET] Alexandria Automation Software

We are considering changing our automation software and one program 
we are looking at is Alexandria. I would like to hear from anyone who 
is currently using it who would share what they like and don't like 
about the program. I am also interested in whether or not Z39.50 use 
is available, how Accelerated Reader is handled, how is the support, 
are you limited to one person from a district calling support, and 
how difficult cataloging is. Thanks in advance for you help.
