[LM_NET] How to Cite TIME Archives article

Hi everyone,
        I am wondering how to cite an article from the TIME archives.  It  
isn't an online database, yet it isn't a website per se, or is it?   
The article has the title and date but no author or page numbers  
(that I can find - maybe some of you are more familiar with TIME  
archives).  I would appreciate your opinion on what to do with this  
in MLA.
