Hi Everyone, I need some advice on how to manage flexible checkout in a fixed schedule library. We are a school of 750 students with 33 classes scheduled every week. The students also are able to come in and exchange their books at anytime. We are there to support and promote reading, however, on average, there are 40 kids in the library at a time. Peak number has been 55. That's to many kids to effectively assist students in finding books in their AR level, interest level, etc. Volunteers are sporadic. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to shedule or limit some of the flexible checkout and stilll promote usage of the library.
