My Industrial Tech teacher is doing publicity (including posters and tickets) for our school play, Cinderella. His students are using images from Google and transforming them extensively through use of an Adobe program. Most of the Google images are copyrighted. Can they do this under fair use guidelines? Is this "changing the format"? Is this considered for a commercial use, since tickets will be sold to the production? TIA Marcia L.
