I also ran into a problem accessing an article for a teacher last year. We knew the exact magazine issue and could find abstracts, but no full article even though we had paid for the database that had the magazine in it. It became something of a quest to figure out how to find the article in its entirety, and eventually we were told that the author had not given permission for the article to be reproduced in the electronic database. The only place it could be found was in the original print copy. It was something of a controversial article, and it was interesting in that I hadn't realized the entire print magazine was not always included in the electronic version. It seems that some print articles may wind up being the only way to access the information.
