Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone could tell me about a lesson plan they use with 6th graders about hoax websites. I'd like to put together a fun lesson on this. I've been reading about the posts here regarding the idiotica site. There is also a site about the "tree octopus." I don't have the address, but if you google "tree octopus" it comes up on top! Funny stuff. Does anyone have any others and/or ideas of how they approach this with the students? Thanks for all your help!
