On similar note, a new online wikipedia (a citizen's compendium of
everything) has been created (by the makers of Wikipedia) which
provides a "gentle expert oversight" to the addition of information to
its online encyclopedia. (Which means they will require the
contributors to include their personal information -- names--- to
validate the reliability and the source.)

You can check out the new wiki--- Citizendium (in beta format)
at: http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Main_Page

To read more about their mission: http://www.citizendium.org/about.html

Their motto: The world needs a better free encyclopedia. Help create it.
