[LM_NET] Gen: Playaway processing

I just received my first Playaways and am getting bogged down in
specifics.
Do you circulate the box with contents or just the Playaway and
lanyard?
If you DON'T circulate the box, where do you put a date due slip or how
do students know when the item is due back?
Is there any place for ownership designation on the Playaway or should
I just not worry about that?
 I am not going to shelve the actual Playaway in the box on the open
shelf.  I am going to sell earbuds for $1 to only those that need them
and not circulate any headphones.
I am anxious to introduce these to students and staff so I have already
labeled and barcoded the boxes but am just not sure about these other
details.
