Just a note on the other side of the coin, so to speak. We've had InfoCentre for a
couple of years now. We had a rough patch in the version 2.1 to 2.2 switch, but
things are going great now with 2.2 and now 2.3. We like it and like the features
this has that Athena charged extra for. This includes Zmarc, Patron Porter,
networker server based, and web-base option for search module/catalog.
Some folks may mention tech support, but we've gotten fairly good service once the
parent company switch got settled.

We like IC and are planning to stick with it for now. For comparison, we currently
have 9 school databases running off one (robust) Novell server.
