[LM_NET] Target -- Student Aide Application

Hi all!

I'm trying to put together an application for student aides for next school year. 
Does anyone have an application or suggestions that they use when choosing student 
aides to work in your library? If so, would you mind sharing? I will post a hit 
if/when I gather responses.
