The Harker School, a K-12 independent college prep school in San Jose,
California has an opening for a middle school librarian, beginning August
2007. Our three-campus, highly academic school has a team of 5 professional
librarians and 5 clerical assistants. We stress information literacy skills
across the curriculum, devote time to reader's advisory, and enjoy a close
collaborative learning environment with our teachers.
