[LM_NET] author's address

Does anyone have a snail mail address for author, Chris D'Lacey?  I have
a 6th grade teacher who is having her students write letters to authors
and other celebrities.  We found an e-mail address, which she'll use if
that's all she can find, but she'd really like a snail mail address.
