Hi, all - I've been asked to sit on an interview panel for a network administrator as a teacher/media specialist representative. I'm really excited about this opportunity (they really want my opinion!?!), but unlike other interview panels I sat on, I don't have prepared questions. I have a great working relationship with our retiring admin, but I'm not sure how much of what he does are his duties or just his love of the job. The tech. department will obviously handle all the technical questions, but I'm just wondering what kinds of things I should ask. The only thing I've been able to come up with so far might be to describe a time the candidate guided a non-technical person through a technical situation. Any help anyone can give me on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
