Hello everyone,

I started an ikeepbookmarks.com site for my school, but it has been
nothing but trouble so far. If any more than one student is trying to
access it at the same time, it gets completely gummed up and takes five
minutes or more to load. (I'm not exaggerating either--one student,
fine--two students, complete slowdown--an entire class, forget about it.)

I know it's not a general internet problem, because when I walk around to
the "stuck" computers and type the site we're trying to go to directly in
the address bar (bypassing ikeepbookmarks), it works fine. I even paid
for the "Premium Membership" where you supposedly get put on a faster
server, but it has not worked.

I found some contact info on the website, but the phone number is defunct,
and my email came back as nondeliverable. Are there any humans involved
with this site that I can get ahold of? Or should I just give up, eat the
15 bucks, and try another way of storing links? (If so, any suggestions?
I know about del.icio.us, but didn't feel it was as elementary-friendly as
ikeepbookmarks.)

Thanks for letting me vent a bit, and for any info anyone can provide!
