In NY we have a test called Library Media Specialist it is one of three tests that is required to get certified and it is New York state law that you have to be a certified teacher to work in a public school. I have taken all three tests and past two of them. The Library Media Specialist test is unfair, I have been trying to pass it for two years and I never do. I have no idea how it is graded or marked. I am writing to ask if any of you out there have tried taken this test and have failed 5 or more times. I am getting very sick of it and I am about to give up on it forever. I find this test very hard, annoying and unfair. if any of you had experience with this test I would love to hear your stories or suggestions on how to pass it.
