I don't think copying football game films that team managers shot is illegal. There 
are several ways to change it from VHS to DVD. One fairly simple way if you don't 
have the right software is to use a digital video camera and plug the video and 
audio out from the?VCR to the camera in. Many cameras come with cords that can do 
this. Record the old VHS video onto the camera using the VCR setting. Once on the 
digital tape you can then load the video onto the computer and?into an editing 
program and then record to DVD.
