Share: What are we reading I am reading for 2 book clubs and 1 project for National board. For the Teacher's Reading Group I just finished The Worst Hard Time by Egan. It's a non-fiction that reads like fiction. My mother lived the Dust Bowl, so I really enjoyed that book. Next up for that discussion group is The Glass Castle. For the YA book discussion group that meets at lunch I just finished The Lightning Thief by Riordan. Next up is Bruchac's Code Talkers. For the National Board project, the collaborating teacher and I are planning a Greek YA fiction discussion among other things. I have read and finished The Lightning Thief for that one and Goddess of Yesterday by Cooney. Up next is Till We Have Faces by C.S. Lewis. Fun for myself?? Little Pink Slips by Sally Koslow. It's opposite of The Devil Wears Prada because you root for the editor. It's mindless chick lit, but after all the YA stuff, I need a break!
