Dear Group, As part of my preparations for my new job with the New York State Education Department, I am trying to learn more about the big urban school districts in New York State. Could anyone who works in the Buffalo City Schools or knows about them send me any information that they think would be important for me to know. I am particularly, but not exclusively interested in school libraries. I am also interested in test scores. Any relevant information about the City of Buffalo would also be helpful. Thank you for all your help, Joanne ------------------------------------- Joanne Shawhan Library Media Specialist Cobleskill-Richmondville High School 1353 State Route 7--PO Box 490 Richmondville NY 12149 (518)234-3565 x1151, 1152 (518) 234-9006 (fax) joanneshawhan@verizon.net shawhanj@crcs.k12.ny.us http://www.crcs.k12.ny.us/lib/hs/index.htm -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
