[LM_NET] TAR: Global NewsBank and America's Historical Newspapers

Our IB/AP Coordinator has asked me about using Global NewsBank and America's 
Historical Newspapers from NewsBank Inc.  I'm not familiar with these resources.  
I'd love to hear from those of you who have do or have used them.  What do you like 
about them, etc.  Are they used a lot, and are they worth the cost?
