Our school administration wants information about the advantages and disadvantages of Professional Learning Communities. Has your school tried this approach? If so, how is it working? What role do you as the librarian play as part of a PLC? If there's any interest/feedback, I'll post a hit. (Currently reading The Man of My Dreams by Curtis Sittenfeld, same author of Prep.
