My son fell on his Handspring Visor a few days ago and crushed the screen. The machine turns on and there's a light behind the screen, but you can't see anything on it. Is there a way to download the memory through the sync cradle onto a computer if you can't see what is on the screen? (Some of the info on it had been backed up, but the computer it was on died last week, so we'll have to reload the syncing software to a new computer and try to pull the info off.) Any suggestions?
