I have not read the book but I truly feel I don't need to to comment. Gail Bush was my High School Librarian and then my mentor and instructor in Library School. I believe she now works for the state of Illinois Education department paving the way for libraries (but I could be wrong about that). She is highly revered out here and considered a pioneer and master in the field. I would assume that anything written by her is valuable and useful. (I learned so much from her when getting my MLIS) She was always an inspiration to me and her love of libraries cannot even be expressed in words. Sorry I know you should usually not comment on something you have not read but I wanted to help you out.
