[LM_NET] SEC: High school General Music class research ideas

Can anyone supply an interesting research project that could be done with a high 
school general music class.  The teacher has been doing a biography project of 
famous classical music composers; he and I would like something that would engage 
that students better.  He still would like to do classical music but perhaps other 
topics.
