Now that I have my two books completed one of the tasks on my "to do" list
is to write an article on the legal issues of this. I will let you know.

Watch out for categories that block access to controversial materials --
especially sexual orientation, safe sex, and non-traditional religion.

In my opinion all librarians should ability and authority to temporarily
override the filter to provide access. And I think this is a requirement
under the language of the Supreme Court in the CIPA case.
