[LM_NET] Target: looking for a book

Hi,

I have a teacher looking for a book that is about a girl who wears a
ponytail and people copy her.  So all of the girls now have ponytails. 
One day she announces to everyone she is going home and cut off her
ponytail.  The next day all of the girls have short hair but her, she
decided not to do it.  My teacher is wanting to use this with a lesson
on peer pressure.
