Hello everyone, I am writing a paper..........for my graduate class and I was wondering if anyone would like to help me out by answering a few questions. I would like to gather opinions and data from those of you that have had on the job experience, in school and who are just starting out. My focus is self-censorship in the school library media center. Here are some questions for your consideration: 1.. How do you define self-censorship? 2.. When, if ever, is self-censorship appropriate? 3.. What subject areas, in your experience or opinion, most often fall prey to self-censorship? 4.. What can we as librarians or future librarians do to minimize self-censorship? I appreciate any help!
