[LM_NET] TAR: Collection age stats

Only 16 libraries have sent in their collection age stats, to be
statistically significant we (those of us interested) need a BUNCH more
numbers.

In response to the causes for older collections; of course the age is
all tied to budget!

Right now the average age reported for elementary through Jr. High is 13
years.  The High school collections average is 29. 

Please send in your stats, even if they aren't where you wish they were!
Wouldn't it be nice to find out that in reality your collection is right
in there with the rest of us?
