[LM_NET] TECH Help: tool/menu bar on IE

My hubby has a newer laptop running xp.
   
  How can I get that toolbar of drop-down menus that saye FILE EDIT VIEW BOOKMARKS, 
etc.
   
  He somehow accidentally got that google toolbar and it sort of took the place of 
the toolbar that helps on do things like highlite, copy, paste.
