Becky Henderson sent a target on Friday regarding good Biography Websites. I was wondering if I could extend this question. I am currently working on creating a “research” webpage for our Media Center with links to websites and databases that our elementary students can use as a starting point for research projects. Some of the projects assigned at our school deal with biographies, animals, countries & states, North Carolina events, and Native Americans. I am looking for suggestions for any good sites pertaining to any or all of these topics. I really appreciate your help with this—Thanks for any direction!
