I am working in a middle school media center and I have noticed when students are sent to the media center to research for a paper or project, they do not know what to do. I would like for our school to have some sort of guide for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students that teaches how to take notes, put info in their own words, etc. Basically do the research on their own. Does anyone have any books, guides, websites to suggest?
